Because attars and perfume oils are personal fragrance and hygiene-sensitive goods, confirmed orders are non-returnable once dispatched. Any duplicate billing or failed payment deductions will be verified with the payment gateway and promptly resolved.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings or disputes arising in connection with orders or website usage shall be subject exclusively to the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
