Every bottle is carefully quality-checked and dispatched directly from our flagship Chennai boutique located at Basement Floor, Gemini Parsn Complex, A11, Kodambakkam High Road, Tirumurthy Nagar, Nungambakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600006.

• Order Dispatch: Most fragrance orders are processed and handed over to courier partners within 1 to 3 business days following payment confirmation.
• Transit Duration: Standard domestic deliveries generally take between 3 to 7 business days depending on location, transit network, weather conditions, and regional holidays.

Applicable shipping fees are clearly calculated and displayed on the checkout page prior to making payment. Promotional free delivery or cart-value discounts are applied automatically at checkout.

Upon consignment handover, a tracking reference ID is assigned and accessible from your My Orders dashboard. We also provide status alerts via SMS and WhatsApp.

Due to our rapid fulfillment process, customer-initiated cancellations cannot be accommodated once an order is placed and confirmed. Confirmed consignments will be processed and routed to the provided shipping destination.

Fragrance oils, attars, and perfumes are personal hygiene-sensitive products. As per industry standards, products once opened, tested, or delivered cannot be returned or exchanged. Please review product descriptions and size variants carefully prior to purchase.

If an amount was debited from your bank account or UPI but an order confirmation was not generated due to network disruption, our automated gateway reconciliation typically resolves the transaction within 24–48 banking hours.
